Antioch East Baptist Church was founded in 1874, and is located at 1223 Hardee St., adjacent to the Edgewood Retail District.
We are thrilled to have found a larger location that is so conveniently located next to a large community hub.
With the combination of our Service Learning projects and Antioch’s commitment to community involvement we expect to be able to make a very positive impact on Edgewood.
New Morning Community Preschool is a cooperative option preschool that uses Service Learning to teach children how to connect with and improve their world.
NMCP students learn about their world through investigation, sensory experiences and most importantly through play! NMCP was formed in 2011 and shared space with SoulShine after-school program located on Hosea Williams Blvd in Kirkwood for the 2012-2013 school year.
