Old Fourth Ward Hosting Dog Park Fundraiser

OLD FOURTH WARD — Residents await the official opening of the Renaissance Park Dog Park at Piedmont Avenue and Pine Street.

But the community is still raising funds for the park, which received a $25,000 grant in the last year from Park Pride.

So on Monday, Nov. 11, Old Fourth Ward's Fourth Ward West is hosting an "Eat and Greet For 4 Feet" fundraiser at 7:30 p.m. at Poor Calvin's fusion restaurant.

The prix fixe menu of $30 per person includes special Dog Park Cocktails and “Doggie Bags” for man's best friend.
