Homebuilder Columbia Residential is hosting a grand opening community party Nov. 10 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 150 Hutchinson St. NE.
The party coincides with the opening of its Retreat at Edgewood development located two blocks south of the Edgewood/Candler Park MARTA station.
