
OLD FOURTH WARD β The construction crunch on Edgewood Avenue is beginning to give way to what eventually will be the Atlanta Streetcar.
The $90 million project, which is expected to go into service next year, will create a rail route that links Old Fourth Ward to Centennial Olympic Park Downtown.
