6th District Race: Early Voting Sites In Cobb County
Here are the Cobb County polling locations for advanced voting in the 6th Congressional District election, which is June 20.
EAST COBB, GA -- With a few weeks to go before the June 20 runoff election, Cobb County has announced advanced polling elections in the 6th Congressional District race. The race pits Republican Karen Handel against Democrat Jon Ossoff.
The 6th District seat used to be held by U.S. Rep. Tom Price, but he was tapped by the Trump Administration to serve as the nation's health secretary. Gov. Nathan Deal called an April 19 special election to fill the seat. Eighteen candidates ran to represent the district, which covers the affluent north Atlanta suburbs, including parts of Cobb, Fulton and DeKalb counties.
