Cobb Man Who Molested Stepdaughter For 3 Years Gets Double Life Sentences: Prosecutor
Prosecutors say Marcelino Rebollar sexually abused his stepdaughter from ages 10 to 13, until she told her cousin & pastor about the abuse.
COBB COUNTY, GA — A Cobb County man will spend the rest of his life in prison for sexually abusing his stepdaughter, the Cobb County District Attorney's Office said.
Marcelino Rebollar, 49, of East Cobb, was found guilty of two counts of aggravated child molestation and two counts of child molestation on March 11.
His charges stem from reports of sexual abuse toward his stepdaughter from the ages of 10 to 13. In April 2018, she told her cousin and church pastor about the abuse, which led to an investigation by the Cobb County Police Department and forensic interviews at Safepath Children's Advocacy Center.
