Here are the top three stories today in East Cobb:

1. On Feb. 27, Marietta Police released more information about the Saturday bomb threat at an East Cobb shopping center that forced an evacuation for several hours. Robert Andrew Devlin, 37, of Lincoln, Alabama, allegedly drove from his home in Alabama to East Gate Shopping Center and made a false threat that he had a pipe bomb in his truck. Devlin was charged with a felony count of making a false report of a crime and two misdemeanor counts of making a false alarm and having a hoax device. He currently is being held on a $60,000 bond in the Cobb County Adult Detention Center. (East Cobb News)
2. East Cobb resident Larry Savage has sued Cobb County over its effort to redistrict itself again. But this time, Republican Commissioner Keli Gambrill has joined Savage's fight to stop the "home rule" district map. (Subscription: MDJ Online)
3. There will be several grand opening events this week for the new Pure Barre Studio at Parkaire Landing Shopping Center, located at 4880 Lower Roswell Road, Suite 790.
