- On Mar. 13, the Cobb Board of Ethics dismissed a complaint filed by East Cobb resident Debbie Fisher, a political activist, against Commissioner Jerica Richardson, in a 6-0 vote. The board said it did not find "specific, substantiated evidence to support a reasonable belief" of an ethics violation.
