Marietta Restaurant Inspections: 'Ice Machine Was Molded Inside Ice Bin'

Scores from 90 to 100 are signified by the letter A. From 89 to 80 is a B, from 79 to 70 is a C and a U is for less than 70.

• Inspector: "Observed the ice machine was molded inside the ice bin. CA: Food contact surfaces shall be cleaned to sight and touch at all times. COS: PIC is in the process of cleaning the ice machine. A deep cleaning will need to be cleaned as soon as possible. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation."
• "Observed fries, tater tots, and wing sauce were holding below 135 F on top of the counter. CA: Hot holding food should be held at 135 F or higher at all times. COS: EHS passed a copy of the Time as a public health form so now the containers are labeled properly. Corrected On-site."
