Police in Cobb Need Your Old Basketball Shoes

Cobb Police Athletic League seeks donations for boys in its Midnight Basketball program.

EAST COBB, GA -- If you have some old basketball shoes you're not wearing anymore then they could be of use to the force, the Cobb County police force that is.

The Cobb Police Athletic League is asking for donations of basketball shoes for its Midnight Basketball program.

The shoes, being accepted now until March 15, will be for boys ages 12-17 to play in.

Shoes can be dropped off at any of the police precincts and headquarters, and the following locations:

  • West Cobb Senior Center 4915 Dallas Highway, Powder Springs
  • West Cobb Aquatic Center 3675 Macland Road, Powder Springs
  • Fair Oaks Recreation Center 1465 W. Booth Road Ext., Marietta
  • Fullers Recreation Center 3499 Robinson Road, Marietta
