  1. Upcoming closures throughout East Cobb and Marietta could cause major problems for drivers starting this weekend. The I-75 Northbound from South Marietta Parkway to North Marietta Parkway will have lane enclosures installed over the weekend. The closure will allow crews to work on bridge preservation activities on the nine bridges located along the interstate. Drivers are encouraged to seek alternate routes. More information can be found at the link. (Cobb County Courier)
  2. Although the weather outside will certainly be chillier, it looks to be a sunny weekend for East Cobb. Today will be the warmest, with a high of 61 degrees. But don't get too comfortable yet; the low temperature this weekend will be a frigid 31 degrees. And make sure to wrap up this weekend – high winds could make the day feel even colder. (Cobb County Courier)
  3. On Nov. 16, Stem Wine Bar will be hosting an event to celebrate American wines. The wine tasting event will feature an array of American wines for patrons to sample. Additionally, the chef will be serving a tasting menu that will be perfectly paired with the wines. For more information, check out the link. (AllEvents)
