See the Stars at East Cobb Park
The Atlanta Astronomy Club is offering a free talk to the public Saturday night. Bring a telescope if you like.
The Friends for the East Cobb Park has invited Daniel Herron of the Atlanta Astronomy Club this Saturday night for a free lecture that's open to the public.
Visitors can look through a large telescope that will be provided for the event or bring their own if they choose. Bringing flashlights and wearing bug repellent is highly recommended.Â
The Friends organization will be selling bottled water and glow sticks.Â
The festivities begin at 8:45 p.m. East Cobb Park is located at 3322 Roswell Road.
