Walton Baseball to Hold Silent Auction
Tuesday's event takes place at Marlow's Tavern in East Cobb.

High school baseball season is a few months away, but the Walton Raiders are getting a head start on fundraising with a silent auction at Marlow's Tavern in East Cobb on Tuesday.
The event starts at 5:30 p.m. Marlow's is located at the Merchant's Walk Shopping Center 1311 Johnson Ferry Road. Here's a partial list of what's going to be auctioned:
- A Gwinnett Braves suite
- Braves/Mets tickets in New York City
- Baseballs signed John Smoltz, Javy Lopez and Freddie Freeman
- A personal chef for a dinner party
- Jewelry
- Baseball training by Mark Pope, Spencer Kieboom and Billy Burns
- Two Falcons/Panthers tickets on December 29
- Eight Falcons/Redskins tickets on December 15
- Two box tickets in at EverBank Field in Jacksonville for the December 15 Jacksonville/Bills game (includes food and drinks)
- Two rounds of golf at Barnsley Gardens
- Four rounds of golf at White Columns/Atlanta National
- Cool cooking items
- Gift cards to Bones, Blue Ridge Grill and any Buckhead Life restaurant
Last season, the Raiders reached the semifinals of the Georgia High School Association Class AAAAAA state playoffs.
