โ€ข Franklin Memorial Library is thankful for their support (thecrossroads.news) โ€” Franklin Memorial Library is expanding hands-on art and craft programs thanks to Georgiaโ€™s Vibrant Communities Grant and matching support from local partners like the Millcreek Foundation and Friends of the Library. These funds help keep popular activities such as ceramic painting and other creative projects available to Franklin-area residents throughout the year.

โ€ข Bigger Need, but Bigger Donations Coming in for Marines Toys for Tots (921wlhr.com) โ€” Families in Franklin County who requested Toys for Tots gifts but havenโ€™t picked them up yet can still get their bags or send someone to the Royston warehouse. Organizers report a bigger need this year but also a surge in donations, and theyโ€™re still welcoming toy drop-offs at Dollar General stores, the Franklin County Sheriffโ€™s Office, and other local sites.
