Suwanee Enjoys a Beer Fest

Town Center Park is overflowing with patrons for the third annual tasting.

It now qualifies as something of a spring staple in Suwanee.

For the third straight year, the American Craft Beer Fest pulled in large crowds at Suwanee Town Center Park on Saturday. It shifted to spring in 2012, after an unpleasant run in the midsummer heat the year before.

This year, it was blessed with temperatures in the 70s -- and a proximity with St. Patrick's Day.

Patrons sampled the wares from designer brews, in 3-ounce glasses, listened to music from the amphitheater stage, and some wore creative outfits and pretzel necklaces.
