• Vertical construction continues growth spurt in Hapeville's downtown (urbanize.city) — A 58-unit townhome project called Dogwood Landing is rising along Dogwood Drive, expanding rental options just north of Hapeville’s North Central Avenue. Built entirely for rent, the two- and three-bedroom homes aim to offer walkable access to parks, dining, the arts district, and the airport, with first units expected by spring and full completion targeted for August.
