Missing Woman Has 'Diminished Mental Capacity'

Kelly Mechille Temples, 35, was last seen in the Barrett Farms subdivision around noon Saturday.

Temples is described as a 5-foot-1 white woman, about 125 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen during a routine walk wearing a red flower dress. 

According to a news release from the , Temples has a "diminished mental capacity."

She is known to frequent chat rooms, and her guardians believe that she recently met a man online from Texas. Detectives believe she could be traveling to Florida, the press release says.
