• Crews tackle barn fire in Cherokee County (wsbtv.com) — A barn on South Holly Springs Road in the Holly Springs area was fully engulfed in flames on Christmas evening, but firefighters quickly contained the blaze and kept it from spreading. No people or animals were hurt, and investigators are still working to determine what caused the fire.
