Cherokee County Fire And Emergency Services: Fire Damages Building Outside Ball Ground

Cherokee County Fire & Emergency Services responded to a structure fire yesterday afternoon at approximately 4:45 at 738 Old Dawsonville Road in Ball Ground. Cherokee County firefighters arrived on scene minutes later to find fire and smoke coming from the left side of the large outside building.  Firefighters were able to get the fire out just minutes after they arrived.  The building had some fire and smoke damage. No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
