Death Notice: Cecil 'Buck' Weaver

Cecil "Buck" Weaver, 88, of Canton, died Sept. 27 at his residence. 

Funeral services are at 1 p.m. on Oct. 3 at the Sosebee Memorial Chapel. Internment at the Georgia National Cemetery will follow. 

The family will receive friends on Oct. 2 from 1 p.m to 6 p.m. and Oct. 3 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Weaver was a retired Senior Master Sgt. in the U.S. Air Force and a veteran of World War II.

Survivors include wife Lucy Weaver of Canton; daughters, Michelle Klein and Jackie Pala, both of Woodstock, and Deborah Jones of San Diego; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
