In June, Bob and Bettina Crenshaw opened Brenwood Academy under the Kid Connection umbrella.

The Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning has only one complaint filed against The Kid Connectionβ€”an incident in which a student allegedly was hit in the head with a block and required professional medical attention, but teachers failed to report the injury.

According to the Better Business Bureau website, the agency had one complaint filed against The Kid Connection concerning billing and collection issues. But the bureau was unable to reach the business to process the complaint.
