Red Kettles Begin Tonight
A 120-year tradition continues tonight with the first donation to the Salvation Army bell ringers.

Sandra Deal, first lady of Georgia, will ring the silver bell and make the first donation to the Salvation Army tonight at 6 p.m., according to a press release.
There will be more than 300 red kettles and thousands of volunteers in the Metro Atlanta area this year.
