's Air Force Junior ROTC (AFJROTC) drill teams were named champions at the Veterans High School Kick-Off Classic in Warner Robins on Oct. 1, according to a press release.  <ul> <li>In addition to the first-place finish, the team also won:</li> <li>First place in Color Guard</li> <li>Third place in Outstanding Drill Commander - awarded to Cadet Cody Gentry</li> <li>Third Place in Personal Inspection</li> <li>Third Place in Unarmed Regulation Drill</li> <li>Third Place in Armed Regulation Drill</li> <li>Third Place in One-Mile Relay</li> <li>Third Place in Sit- ups Competition</li> <li>Third Place in Overall Physical Fitness Challenge</li> </ul> On Oct. 15 the drill team competed in the Master Sergeant Chuck Gilbert Memorial Drill meet in Rossville where they took first place in the Lightweight Division and second place in the Heavyweight Division of competition.
