The Personal Santa
Although the weather was rough last night, locals came out to see a very special Santa and Mrs. Clause.
It's hit-or-miss when you introduce a toddler and baby to this mysterious white-haired man that brings them presents.Β
Sometimes, they love him. Sometimes, they cry. Sometimes they tell him they want "gold, frankenstein and myrrh" for Christmas, just like Jesus.Β
There were no tears last night, though. The Santa who visited with and with kids than the mall Santas that are pushing kids through the line.

Kim Griggs, mother of two boys who came to see Santa said that she heard this Santa allowed more uninterrupted time.Β

Sarah Edwards, Griggs sister and mother to two girls ages 2 and 5 months, said this was a good way to "ease into the process."
And, in true Patchy spirit, Sarah Vaughn brought her two boys to the local Santa because she liked to "support our hometown."
