3 Charged With Entering Autos In Johns Creek

The three suspects were caught allegedly breaking into cars Friday morning at LifeTime Fitness on Johns Creek Parkway.

JOHNS CREEK, GA — Three people are accused of breaking into cars in the parking lot of a large fitness center in Johns Creek. Officers arrested three people around 10:30 a.m. Sept. 7 at LifeTime Fitness at 11555 Johns Creek Parkway, Johns Creek police said.

Uniform officers were patrolling the area due to a previous be-on-the-lookout alert provided by JCPD's Intelligence Unit. The suspects, identified as Brittney Teeona Johnson, 25, Tavaris Wilcox, 22, and Jeffrey Scott, 29, were also operating a vehicle reported stolen from Florida, Johns Creek police added.

JCPD states Wilcox already had warrants issued for his arrest on burglary and transaction card fraud charges. The agency also said they've heard from eight jurisdictions that have said the trio are tied to crimes in their areas.

Police will transport the three to the Fulton County Jail for processing.
