- A Johns Creek City Engineer detailed the construction progress at Cauley Creek Park on Tuesday. In a video posted to YouTube yesterday, Sep. 13, Johns Creek City Engineer Erica Madsen highlighted the progress at the 200+ acre park. Construction has been going on for over nine months, since the groundbreaking ceremony on Dec. 13, 2021. (City of Johns Creek)
- On Monday, Sep. 12, Commissioner Lee Morris provided updates on Project Orca. The project started at the end of 2021. According to leaders, the case resolution project is working. The Fulton County justice system is using the $75 million to help clear its court case backlog by hiring more staff. (CBS 46)
- There will be an investigation into "potential breaches of fiduciary duties by certain officers and directors" at the Johns Creek-based company Ebix, Inc. The company provides on-demand infrastructure software exchanges and e-commerce services. The officers and directors may have caused damage to the company and its shareholders. Investors who purchased shares of Ebix, Inc. are asked to contact the Shareholders Foundation. (Open PR)
