Get Ready to Rock with Mothers Finest at Newtown Park Amphitheater

Atlanta’s popular funk-rock band, Mothers Finest, will draw from four decades of hits to move your soul and your feet at the Newtown Park Amphitheater on Friday, July 22.

Mother's Finest, inducted in the Georgia Music Hall of Fame in 2011, has been described as a pioneering American funk-rock band whose music is a blend of funky rhythms, heavy-rock guitars and expressive soul/R&B-style vocals. Concerts are free and gates open at 6 p.m.

Jessie Albright and Foster Blues will be the opening band for the July 22 concert. The food truck Flatbread Bistro and King of Pops will be on site with their sweet frozen treats. Reserved table seating for the July 22 concert is sold out.
