Johns Creek Fall Family Festival On Oct. 27

The fall festival will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Newtown Park.

JOHNS CREEK, GA — The Johns Creek Fall Family Festival will return this weekend to Newtown Park, providing families with an opportunity enjoy the cooler temperatures with their friends and neighbors.

The city's event featuring free games and activities will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27. Johns Creek's annual event features music, games, activities, arts and crafts, inflatables, food and more. In other words, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.

Dress up the kids (age 12 and under) for the costume contest set for 11:30 a.m. under the large city tent. Awards will be given for the Spookiest, Best Princess, Best Superhero, and Most Creative costumes. Of course, be sure the kids bring their Halloween candy collection bag so they can treat-or-treat their way through all the activities and games.

Food and drinks will be available for purchase at the Fall Family Festival. Food trucks slated to make an appearance at Saturday's festival include Loaded Burger, Big C's Chicago Kitchen, Sweet Jeanius, King of Pops, and Kona Ice.
