Johns Creek Healthcare Association Elects New President

From Emory Johns Creek Healthcare: Emory Orthopaedics & Spine Center physician Oluseun Olufade, MD, is serving as the new president of Johns Creek Healthcare Association, Inc. (JCHA).

JCHA is a nonprofit organization committed to ensuring the highest quality of health care remains available in the community. The association, founded in 2006, is comprised of individuals in the healthcare industry from Duluth, Johns Creek, Suwanee and South Forsyth.

“I’m honored to lead Johns Creek Healthcare Association and I hope to help educate the community and members about healthcare and promote patient access to quality care,” says Olufade.

“I’m working to increase the organization’s membership by 50 percent within the next two years, develop a speaker’s bureau for the community and improve attendance at healthcare related events.”

Olufade is board certified in physical medicine & rehabilitation, sports medicine and interventional pain medicine. He is a team physician for Emory University, Georgia Tech and local high schools.

He specializes in non-operative treatment of sports and orthopaedics problems such as concussion and muscle, ligament and tendon injuries. He performs various treatment options including stem cells and platelet rich plasma (PRP) injections.
