Johns Creek Rotary Hosts Annual Benefit for Breast Cancer Rehabilitation

The annual Southern Charms show featured classic cars and latest fashions.

It was an afternoon of “High Style, High Tea, & High Hopes” as the Rotary Club of Johns Creek – North Fulton’s presented the Southern Charms Classic Car & Fashion Show Oct. 2 at the Atlanta Athletic Club.

The second annual event raised awareness and funds for TurningPoint Breast Cancer Rehabilitation, a non-profit organization that provides specialized and evidence-based rehabilitation for women with breast cancer.

Nearly 200 attendees watched models walk the runway in the latest fashions by Tootsies, Guffey’s of Atlanta and Calypso St. Barth. The Classic Car Show featured vehicles by Bentley, Rolls Royce, Ferrari, and many others.

“We are so thankful to all who attended this wonderful community event,” said Nicole Lawson, president of the Rotary Club of Johns Creek – North Fulton. “Through the community’s support, we’re able to bring awareness and raise funds for a very deserving organization.”

The event was presented by Emory Johns Creek Hospital and Emory Winship Cancer Institute.
