  1. On Aug. 29, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney's decision was released to the public regarding the Georgia governor's attempt to not testify in the county's special grand jury. The Judge ruled that Gov. Brian Kemp needs to honor the subpoena and testify in the county's special grand jury investigating possible illegal attempts to influence the 2020 election. McBurney gave a time frame to try and avoid influencing the upcoming general election. (Fox 5 Atlanta)
