  1. Johns Creek residents are invited to attend the Town Hall on Local Option Sales Tax (LOST) on Wednesday, Sep. 21, at 7:00 p.m. at Roswell City Hall. The Mayors from North Fulton cities, including Johns Creek Mayor John Bradberry, will hold a panel discussion on LOST and residents are encouraged to join the dialogue. (City of Johns Creek)
  2. Mark Toro, founder and chief vision officer at Toro Development Co., recently filed plans with local officials to turn State Farm's former campus in Johns Creek into a mixed-use development called Medley. The 43-acre site at McGinnis Ferry Road and Johns Creek Parkway will include 900 residential units, office space, retail space, restaurants, and "entertainment concepts." Johns Creek City Council will discuss and vote on the project in December. (Biz Journals)
  3. Today, Sep. 17, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Seven Sisters Kitchen in Johns Creek is celebrating its seven-year anniversary and the opening of its new indoor seating area. The event will include games, cornhole, face painting, a raffle, and more. Tomorrow, Sep. 18, will be the first time that Seven Sisters Kitchen is open on a Sunday. (Johns Creek Patch)
