Preventative Health Screening and Risk Assesment to Be Held in Roswell and Johns Creek

ROSWELL, GA – The Exercise Coach®, the company that has revolutionized exercise with the latest in
fitness technology along with the tailored care of a personal trainer, has partnered with Purchasing Alliance Solutions® and On-Site Health Solutions of Atlanta, LLC to bring Preventative Health Screenings to their Roswell and Johns Creek locations.

The Preventative Screening which will take place on August 15th & 16th at the Roswell and Johns Creek studios includes a fasting glucose check, a full lipid panel including LDL, HDL, total cholesterol, blood pressure, BMI and more! The event is open to all North Fulton residents and The Exercise Coach® clients, family, and friends. There is no additional cost to the participants as preventative screenings are included in most eligible health plans per Affordable Care Act guidelines. Katie Sanders, owner of The Exercise Coach® said, “Coupling our revolutionary exercise programs with On-Site Health Solutions of Atlanta’s preventative screenings is a perfect fit, and one more way that we provide our members and the community with a unique, comprehensive approach to wellness. Participants will also receive a complete Health Risk Assessment based on their health history. All screenings are confidentially done onsite with a free consultation for each participant by a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or MD.

It only takes about 15 minutes and a virtually painless finger stick.
