Salata Opens Sept. 13 In Johns Creek

JOHNS CREEK, GA — Salata, a rapidly growing small restaurant chain, is set to open its sixth restaurant in metro Atlanta. The newest location will open Thursday, Sept. 13 in Johns Creek.

This location will also feature a new logo and revitalized visual identity "that signifies Salata’s growth and a renewed focus on franchisee development as a main strategic driver," the company said Friday.

Salata serves fully customizable, tossed-to-order salads and wraps from a selection of more than 50 fresh and pure ingredients. Additional offerings include hand-cut croutons and pita chips, signature soup, and a state-of-the-art beverage station with tea taps delivering house-made teas and lemonades.

The Johns Creek eatery at 11720 Medlock Bridge Road Suite 160 will be open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The Johns Creek location, measuring about 2,2600 square feet, will open in continuation of the first phase of the company's rebrand rollout, with a full overhaul slated to be revealed earlier this year. Retrofitting other locations will begin in 2019, to include revamping its existing restaurant design. This will be the brand’s first major refresh since its inception in 2005.

The new logo speaks to the Salata brand identity: dynamic, multi-dimensional, modern and bold. The sprout pictured within the logo’s design exemplifies the positive personal and community growth that stems from a healthy, delicious and convenient dining experience. At Salata, guests will enjoy foods that provide energy and align with anyone’s personal health goals; a wide variety of ingredients and flavors to mix and match; and convenience that fuels a busy and active lifestyle.

Salata Johns Creek will be the sixth Salata salad kitchen for Henry Investment Group and Vice President of Operations Jeff Hunter.
