3. Tuesday, Sept. 24, 10:15 a.m. Poet Joe Whitten to Speak at Johns Creek Poetry. The Alabama poet will read from his new book, "Learning to Tell Time," at the Johns Creek Poetry Group gathering at the Northeast/Spruill Oaks Library. Click HERE for more details.
4. Tuesday, Sept. 24, 6:30 p.m.: What Baby Boomers Need to Know about Medicare and Long-Term Care. Come learn about information to help you start planning for health care expenses in retirement. 5. Friday, Sept. 27, 7:30 p.m.: Late Summer Campfire and Night Hike. Join the National Park Service for a campfire, guided hikes, and a beautiful late summer evening with the glowing stars overhead. Reservations are required. Click HERE for more details.
