Cops: Daughter Took $19K from Mom
She allegedly took the money from her mother's safe, which was located in Kennesaw.

An East Cobb woman is accused of stealing more than $19,000 from her own mother.
According to a Cobb County criminal warrant, Tjuana Melanie Smith went to her mother's apartment in Kennesaw in early March and allegedly removed $19,250 from her safe.
In a text message to a relative, Smith allegedly wrote that she took the money because she had nowhere to live and no food. She also wrote that her mother had given her permission to access the safe if she ever needed money.
