• Health inspection scores for Cobb County restaurants and other food services from December 12 to December 18 (cobbcountycourier.com) — Cobb County has released the latest health inspection scores, including several restaurants along Bells Ferry Road and other spots Kennesaw residents frequent. Scores range from the low 60s to perfect 100s across eateries, school cafeterias, and hotel food services. Check how your regular Kennesaw and nearby dining spots performed between December 12 and 18 before your next meal out.
   

• Stayin' Alive Crew brings holiday cheer to the stage (ajc.com) — A senior dance troupe that regularly performs around metro Atlanta also brings its high-energy shows to Kennesaw State, highlighting active aging close to home for local residents. The Stayin’ Alive Crew, made up of dancers 50 and older, rehearses rigorously, performs about 60 times a year, and emphasizes friendship, fitness, and inspiration as they take holiday and year-round routines to venues from ballgames to senior centers.
