Weather permitting, a detour will reroute I-75 Northbound traffic at Barrett Parkway in order to set bridge beams overnight Thursday, the Georgia Department of Transportation says.Beginning at 11 p.m. Thursday, I-75 Northbound motorists will be directed to exit the interstate at Barrett Parkway (Exit 269), then resume travel on the interstate via the I-75 Northbound entrance ramp from Barrett Parkway. The work and detours will be in force until 5 a.m. Friday.Detours are likely to result in delays. Motorists are advised to exercise caution while driving in these areas. Please be advised that construction activities, including material deliveries, may result in traffic delays prior to the start of any lane closure.
