I-75 Southbound Bridge Work Begins Tonight
Motorists in the Kennesaw area will need to be aware of the upcoming traffic changes and potential delays in their commutes.

Weather permitting, a night time detour will reroute traffic at I-75 Southbound at Barrett Parkway in order to adjust beams, the Georgia Department of Transportation says.
The work will begin tonight, Wednesday, October 14th and will take place each night until Saturday, October 17th between the off-peak hours of 10:00PM - 5:00AM.
I-75 Southbound traffic will be directed to exit the interstate at Barrett Parkway (Exit 269) then resume travel on the interstate via the I-75 Southbound entrance ramp from Barrett Parkway.

Expect delays on both I-75 Southbound and Barrett Parkway. Motorists are advised to exercise caution while driving in these areas. Please be advised construction activities, including material deliveries, may result in traffic delays prior to the start of any lane closures.
