Ricky Peffer of Kennesaw is celebrating a jackpot win playing Fantasy 5. Peffer, 50, matched all five numbers from the Aug. 13 drawing, winning the $185,357 prize. Chevron Food Mart, 1727 Mars Hill Road N.W. in Acworth, sold the winning Quik Pik ticket.The restaurant operator consultant watched the televised drawing. "Five minutes later, I went and looked at the ticket," Peffer said. "I was excited. I couldn't sleep."Feeling good about his lottery win, the lucky winner and his wife, Cynthia, intend to pay off bills.Winning numbers from the Aug. 13 Fantasy 5 drawing were: 1-3-5-13-23.
