Kennesaw Man Hit By Vehicle In Marietta Identified: Report
Investigation indicates Robert F. Meaders was in the road when he was struck Tuesday in Kennesaw, report says.

KENNESAW, GA -- A Kennesaw pedestrian who was struck and killed Tuesday has been identified, Patch has learned.
Robert F. Meaders was on New Salem Road when he was hit by a Toyota Rav4 traveling northbound, according to news reports.
A preliminary investigation by police indicates that Meaders was in the road when the accident occurred, according to WAGA-TV. He was declared dead at the hospital. The driver is not expected to face charges, the TV station reports.
