Missing Kennesaw Woman Found
The Kennesaw woman was last seen Tuesday, July 9, when she walked away from the Social Security Administration office on Franklin Road in Marietta.

Sharlene Sylvia Carter was found safe.

The Marietta Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating Sharlene Sylvia Carter, 54, of Kennesaw.
Carter was last seen Tuesday, July 9, when she walked away from the Social Security Administration office on Franklin Road in Marietta, according to a press release from Marietta Police.

She was wearing a black and white flower pattern sundress and sandals.

Carter is under the care of a private adult care center and is unfamiliar with the area. She has no local family, according to the press release.
