<h2>Update, 3:20 p.m.</h2>Sharlene Sylvia Carter was found safe.  <h2>Original Report, 12:30 p.m.</h2>The Marietta Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating Sharlene Sylvia Carter, 54, of Kennesaw.  Carter was last seen Tuesday, July 9, when she walked away from the Social Security Administration office on Franklin Road in Marietta, according to a press release from Marietta Police. She was wearing a black and white flower pattern sundress and sandals.  Carter is under the care of a private adult care center and is unfamiliar with the area. She has no local family, according to the press release.  Anyone with information is asked to contact the Marietta Police Department Detective Ohmann at 770-794-5372 or the Marietta Police Anonymous Tip Line at 770-794-6990.
