Kennesaw Woman Walking Dog Killed After Being Hit By Car

KENNESAW, GA — A woman who died after being hit by a car while walking a dog Saturday at Wooten Lake Road and Glenlake Parkway has been identified, Cobb County Police said.

Veronica Miller, 60, of Kennesaw, was hit around 9 a.m. by a blue 1999 BMW 328i that was heading east on Wooten Lake, police said.

The dog and the BMW's driver were not injured, police said.
