Man Takes Inappropriate Photo at Acworth Target: Police

The victim swatted the man's cell phone from his hands after she saw him take a picture up her dress, a police report says.

Acworth police are looking for a man they believe took a picture up a woman’s dress at Target earlier this month, according to a police report.

On Sept. 15 at approximately 6:20 p.m., the female victim entered the Target at 3378 Cobb Parkway and began shopping. She first noticed the man standing alone in the female shoe section, which aroused her suspicions. Around thirty minutes later, the victim said she was looking through greeting cards and saw the man again; he stood directly behind her and began looking through other greeting cards.

According to the report, the victim felt something touch the inside of her thigh and she looked down to see the man taking a cell phone camera picture up her dress. The woman swatted the man’s cell phone away just after the phone camera’s flash went off, demanding to know what he was doing. The man quickly walked away.
