GWINNETT COUNTY, GA — A walkable residential project near downtown Lawrenceville has been proposed by a developer, reported the Atlanta-Journal Constitution.

Southeast Capital Land has proposed to bring approximately 65 townhomes and 27 single-family homes at the intersection of West Crogan Street and Gwinnett Drive, near
Central Gwinnett High School.
