Elvis Garcia, 23, Now Charged with Killing His Children in Wednesday's Homicides
Gwinnett police have dropped murder charges dropped against Antonio Cardenas-Rico.

Gwinnett County Police have charged 23-year-old Elvis Garcia with the murders of his two young children, Bradley Garcia, 3, and Edward Garcia, 1. Garcia has also been charged with assaulting his other child, a 3-year-old boy who remains hospitalized.

Bradley and Edward Garcia were found dead in the basement of the home. Both boys had been stabbed. Garciaβs other son was life-flighted to a childrenβs hospital in Atlanta.

Garcia is currently being held in the Gwinnett County Detention Center without bond. He has been charged with two counts of murder and one count of aggravated assault, officials said. An immigration hold is also in place.
