LAWRENCEVILLE, GA — A male has surrendered following a SWAT incident Tuesday afternoon at a home in the 600 block of Ashland Park in Lawrenceville, Gwinnett County Police said.
Officers responded around 1 p.m. Police said the male may have had a person in the home with him, but they were unsure if the person was being held against their will.
Police did not identify the male or specify his age. However, police said domestic violence warrants had been taken out against the male, prompting the police response.
