GWINNETT COUNTY, GA — Gwinnett’s Great Tree will light up the night through January 3 at the Gwinnett Historic Courthouse, located at 185 West Crogan Street in Lawrenceville.

The nearly 40-feet Norway Spruce was transported from the North Carolina mountains and decorated by staff for the lighting tradition on Thanksgiving Day.

“This tree is important because it symbolizes the holiday season,” said Parks and Recreation Manager Tina Pangle in a news release. “It’s the 34th year and everyone starts getting excited about the holiday season.”
