Radio Personality's 'Give Back Tour' to Make Stop in Lawrenceville
V-103's Egypt Sherrod will be at a CVS in Lawrenceville collecting toys and toiletries for the needy.
It's the season of giving, and one Atlanta radio personality is giving back to the community.
V-103 midday host and host of HGTV's Property Virgins Egypt Sherrod is kicking off her 4th annual Egypt’s Give Back Tour. During the tour, Sherrod will collect toiletries, toys, winter coats and baby clothing for needy families. The tour includes a stop at the CVS at 620 West Pike Street in Lawrenceville on Thursday, Dec. 12 from 10am until 2pm.
The items collected will go to the Atlanta Children’s Shelter, the Cascade House and the Covenant House.
Sherrod will broadcast live from the event. In the past, celebrity supporters including Kandi Burruss of the Real Housewives of Atlanta, singers Ginuwine and Eric Benet and TV's Judge Glenda Hackett have dropped by to lend a helping hand.
