Man Charged With Murder In Lilburn Shooting That Killed 1, Injured 1
The Sunday shooting resulted from road rage at the Harbins and Dickens roads intersection, a media report says.
LILBURN, GA — A suspect was arrested Sunday after a person died, and another was hospitalized, in a road rage shooting at the Harbins and Dickens roads intersection, Fox 5 Atlanta reported.
The outlet reported the shooting began at the intersection but concluded near the Durham Ridge subdivision.
Luis Cruz, 18, was charged on suspicion of felony murder and aggravated assault in connection with the shooting, Fox 5 reported. Gwinnett County Jail records show Cruz remained in custody without bond Monday.
